26-year-old Novak Djokovic holds second place with 10580 points ahead of 13-time singles Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal at top place with 14330 points in the latest ATP Rankings announced on Monday by the ATP World Tour. It will be a big task for Djokovic to beat Nadal, but he is looking very confident to come back to top form.
World Number two Djokovic is 3750 points away from Nadal top place in ranking points, where he needs to win more titles in upcoming months in Dubai, Indian Wells, Miami Masters, before heading to the clay court season at Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters and Mutua Madrid Open. Djokovic will have to work hard to clash against Rafael Nadal on clay courts this season.
Djokovic has begins training on hard courts in Monaco and he has been preparing well for the upcoming Dubai Tennis Championships from this month ending in Dubai. Serbian will face tough challenge against Roger Federer, Stan Wawrinka and Tomas Berdych in title race.
