Serena Williams has withdraws from the WTA BNP Paribas Open tournament, schedule to kick off from 3rd March and it will take place at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells.
32-year-old Serena Williams is not going to return to the Indian Wells BNP Paribas Open this year, where she has sent her best wishes to everyone involved with the tournament. She is looking forward to regain full fitness from back injury and hopes to come back to court soon as possible. Serena Williams has been working hard over his fitness.

William sisters have not play in Indian Wells since 2001. Serena and Venus was schedule to play semi final at the Indian Wells in 2001, where elder sister withdraws from match at the last minute due to injury. Later Serena has played final against Kim Clijsters, while Venus and her father Richard Williams arrived to watch the match.
