Novak Djokovic is eyeing to clinch the Australian Open crown for fifth time and he is considered as hot favorite to clinch season opening Grand Slam next month at Melbourne Park.
Six-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic is having most of the chances to clinch Australian Open title, but he can face difficult challenge against his rivals Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray. Serbian is having impressive record here in Rod Laver Arena and bagged four Australian Open titles so far in his career. Djokovic had won his first Australian Open title in 2008 beating Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in four sets with a 4–6, 6–4, 6–3, 7–6(7–2) score line.
Novak Djokovic is the only player in open era to clinch three consecutive Australian Open titles and he is looking forward to bag the title for fourth straight time next month. Djokovic said he will have to play aggressive tennis to give tough task to his opponents’ and hopes to continue his 22-match winning streak in 2014 ATP Tour season. He added he is going to return back to training session and he will get ready for the 2014 preparations.
Novak Djokovic had finished the 2013 season on high mode by winning four straight titles at China Open, Shanghai ATP Masters, Paris Masters and ATP World Tour Finals.
