Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic battle for No. 1

Rafael Nadal, 11-time Grand Slam winner and his rival Novak Djokovic will have to battle for No. 1 place in the ATP Rankings at end of the season, where both the players are leading top two places in the year end ATP World Tour Championship finals.

25-year-old Novak Djokovic will have a big threat by his fellow player Rafael Nadal for No. 1 at end of the season, both the players have dominating on clay court season by winning each title at Monte Carlo Masters and Barcelona Open respectively. Nadal has return back to top form and hopes to give tough challenges to best players on the tour, as it will be tough for any player to beat him on clay surface.

Former World No. 4 Gilbert, who had coach for top players on the ATP World Tour including American tennis legend Andre Agassi, former World No. 1 Andy Roddick and Britain top seed Andy Murray. He feels Nadal’s return on the ATP World Tour makes interesting in ATP Rankings and having lot of chances to climb to No. 1 in 2014 season.

Nadal and Djokovic are going to fight hard for No. 1, as both the player wants to end the season for third time as No. 1. Djokovic holds top place at ATP World Tour Championship finals with 4120 points, while Nadal stands at second with 3000 points.
