17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer has been planning for the holiday trip along with his family in his seven-week off court season.
31-year-old Roger Federer will be out of court for seven long weeks after playing BNP Paribas Open tournament this week, where he also going to skip from the Miami Masters from 18th March. Swiss legend has plans a holiday trip along with his young family and wants to become fresh mind ahead of the clay courts season beings in Monte Carlo Masters. Federer said he wants to spend some time with twin daughters Myla Rose and Charlene Riva.
31-year-old Federer said it’s very crucial to spend quality time with his daughters, as the twin girls are growing up and wants to focus more on their future at the moment. Swiss legend will be not taking part in any ATP Tournaments till the Madrid Masters begins in May. Federer will train hard for four to six weeks on clay courts in Switzerland to show high level performance in the Clay court season.
Currently, Federer has been playing in the BNP Paribas Open and will have to face his fellow country mate Stanislas Wawrinka in fourth round on Wednesday.
