World No. 1 Novak Djokovic will take on Italian Fabio Fognini in the BNP Paribas Open 2013 second round on Sunday 10th March at 22:00 GMT, being played here on outdoor hard courts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells.

Novak Djokovic, the six-time Grand Slam champion has been aiming to clinch the BNP Paribas Open title for third time in his career, where he is also expecting tough battle against his rival World No. 3 Andy Murray in semi finals next week. Serbian top seed has playing remarkable tennis from the start of the 2013 season and hopes to continue similar form on his favorite hard courts.

Both the players are meeting for the sixth time in their tennis career, where Djokovic leads with a 4-1 win loss head-to-head record against Fognini. The pair last meet at the 2013 Wimbledon Championships second round and Serbian clinched victory in three sets with a 6-7(7), 6-2, 6-2 score line. As per the predictions, Djokovic is looking big favorite to clinch victory in two sets and enter into the Indian Wells third round, being played here on outdoor hard courts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells.

Fabio Fognini has overcome against his opening round opponent Aljaz Bedene in consecutive sets with a 6-4, 6-3 and going to meet tricky opponent on Sunday evening at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells.
