Former World No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki will meet Czech Lucie Safarova in the 2013 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships second round on Tuesday 19th February at 15:05 GMT, being played here on outdoor hard courts at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Dubai.
22-year-old Caroline Wozniacki has lost Qatar Open Ladies to Poland star Agnieszka Radwanska in quarter finals in straight sets with a 6-2, 7-5 score line. she also lost Australian Open fourth round to Kuznetsova in three sets with a 2-6, 6-2, 5-7 score line, as Danish star needs to work hard to return back to top form to clinch the title.
Lucie Safarova has been passing through poor form at the moment and hopes to play best tennis against World No. 10 Wozniacki in Dubai Duty Tennis Championships.
Both the players have meet for three times so far in their WTA career, where Lucie Safarova leads with a 2-1 win loss head-to-head record against Wozniacki. The pair last meet at the 2012 Doha Open second round and Safarova won the match in three sets with a 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 score line.
