Victoria Azarenka, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova have retained top three places in the WTA Rankings announced on Monday 4th February by WTA.
23-year-old Victoria Azarenka has been leading No. 1 place with 10325 points followed by her rivals American tennis great Serena Williams at No. 2 place with 9970 points in WTA Rankings. Former World No. 1 Maria Sharapova holds No. 3 spot with 9545 points, whereas Poland star Agnieszka Radwanska retained at No. 4 with 770 points in WTA Rankings.
Azarenka and Serena are going to fight hard for the top place in WTA Rankings, where they needs to play high level tennis each other in upcoming season. Serena, who was suffering from ankle injury, she is seeking to return back strongly in the upcoming WTA Tournament.
Former French Open champion Ana Ivanovic has slide a place to No. 14 and Dominika Cibulkova has lost a place to No. 15, meanwhile Maria Kirilenko has moved couple of places to No 13 in the WTA Rankings.
