World No. 1 Novak Djokovic will lead his nation Serbia in the 2013 Davis Cup tie against Belgium, being played here on clay courts this week.
25-year-old Novak Djokovic and World No. 9 Janko Tipsarevic will lead singles competition for Serbia against a Belgian, who was lead by David Goffin, Steve Darcis, Ruben Bemelmans and Olivier Rochus. Serbian Davis Cup team is also included by Viktor Troicki and Nenad Zimonjic for doubles. Serbian is having most of the chances to clinch victory in the opening round Davis Cup tie against Belgium this week.
Six-time Grand Slam champion Novak, who has won the 2013 Australian Open championship last week beating his rival World No. 3 Andy Murray in four sets at Rod Laver Arena. Serbian top seed is eager to come back to court for Davis Cup tie this week and hopes to show best performance to lead his nation for next round play offs.
Meanwhile, Spain will take on Canada without 11-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal and World No. 4 David Ferrer, where Nicolas Almagro will lead the singles competition.
