11-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal had visit Manacor Tennis Club this weekend, where he start playing tennis in his childhood.
26-year-old Rafael Nadal has posted a message on his Facebook wall that, he had visit the club where he grow up and take his first steps into the World of tennis in childhood. Spaniard has begin playing tennis along with his uncle Toni Nadal, who was coaching king of clay at the age three. Nadal has clinched first title under 12 Regional Tennis Championship, when he was eight year old and bagged Spanish and European under 12 titles.
World No. 4 Rafael Nadal has thrashed 17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer in thier first meeting at the Sony Ericsson Open in consecutive sets with a 6-3, 6-3 at the age of 17 and also defeated 1987 Wimbledon champion Pat Cash in an exhibition match in 2001. Nadal has won his first French Open title in 2005 in his first appearance at the Roland Garros.
Nadal has been spending his off court season at the moment, where he also skips from the Doha Open and Australian Open this month with virus in stomach. Spanish star is expecting to return back to 2013 Acapulco Open tournament for the first time in last six months and hopes to be fit in time by the tournament.
