Maria Sharapova begins training for 2013 season

Four-time Grand Slam champion Maria Sharapova has begin her training session, where she is looking forward to play high level tennis in the upcoming season.

25-year-old Maria Sharapova has posted a picture on her Facebook wall that, she has went to Nike Town earlier this week to do a little bit shopping. She said she is in the kids section mostly because all the little munchkins she knows think I am the Nike Santa. Russian beauty is likely to enjoy Christmas eve along with her family and hopes return back to court next season.

Former World No. 1 Sharapova will start the new season at Brisbane International next month, before heading into the Australian Open at Melbourne Park. She is going to face tough challenge against her rivals World No. 1 Victoria Azarenka and 15-time Grand Slam champion for No. 1 in WTA Rankings and the three top seeds are hot favorites at Australian Open.

Sharapova has been training well at the moment for Brisbane International and she is eyeing to show best performance to lift the crown.
