World No. 1 Novak Djokovic is eyeing to lift the Australian Open crown for fourth time in his career, where he is one of the top prospects to grab the title next month at Melbourne Park.
Five-time Grand Slam champion Djokovic has played second successful season to end the No. 1 in ATP Rankings, where he is aiming to continue similar performance in 2013 season. Serbian has been hot favorite at Australian Open and hopes to win the title for third consecutive time next month. Nole has won the Australian Open for three times in his tennis career in 2008, 2011 and 2012.
25-year-old Djokovic will defend the Australian Open next month, schedule to be played on outdoor hard courts at Melbourne Park. Serbian top seed will have to play high level tennis to beat his rivals Roger Federer and Andy Murray, who are other favorites in title race. Meanwhile, King of Clay Rafael Nadal will come back to action at Australian Open, where he has played an epic final match along with Djokovic earlier this year in January.
Djokovic and Women’s No. 1 Victoria Azarenka will take part in the Australian Open draw ceremony in January, which will held at Melbourne Park.
