Five-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic insists that his rivals World No. 2 Roger Federer and King of Clay Rafael Nadal are the toughest opponents so far in his career and it’s very tough to beat both the players.
World No. 1 Novak Djokovic said Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are greatest tennis champions in this decade, where both the players can return back to top spots at any time. Federer and Nadal are having huge ability to beat any players on three surfaces says Djokovic. He added both the players might play tough tennis next season and he needs to play high level tennis to beat them.
Federer and Nadal holds the top spots in ATP Rankings on the ATP Tour from July 2005 until 14 September 2009, where both the players lead men’s singles for eight season. The pair also played all time record of eight Grand Slam championship Finals so far in their career and the both tennis champions last meet at the 2011 Australian Open semi finals and Nadal won the match in four sets with a 7-6, 2-6, 6-7, 4-6 score line.
Djokovic, Federer, Andy Murray will lead the Australian Open 2013 tournament, schedule to kick off from 14th January on outdoor hard courts at Melbourne Park.
