World No. 1 Novak Djokovic has return back to home Belgrade to visit his ill father on Monday night, after winning 2012 ATP World Tour Championship Finals against his rival Roger Federer in straight sets at London’s Arena O2.
25-year-old Djokovic, who has return back to home immediately, after winning 2012 ATP World Tour Championship Finals on Monday night. Serbian has not celebrated his ATP Tour finals victory, as he took flight to Belgrade to see his father, who is suffering from an upper respiratory illness which is recognized as one of the many lethal diseases.
Djokovic said he has dedicated ATP Tour finals crown to his father and hopes his father will recover soon from upper respiratory illness. He added his father has been recovering and much better at the moment, but he is still in intensive care. Djokovic had taken ATP Tour title along with him to the hospital to show to his father, who can smile a little bit.
Djokovic, the five-time major title champion will play his next tournament at the Abu Dhabi, where he will meet his best rivals Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal for title race, before heading into the new season.
