World No. 2 Roger Federer will take on World No. 5 David Ferrer of Spain in the ATP World Tour Championship Finals second round match on Thursday 8th November at 13:45 GMT, being played here on indoor hard courts at Arena O2 in London.
17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer is aiming to defend the ATP World Tour Championship Finals crown this week, where he will face tough challenge against best players like Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray for title race at Arena O2 in London. Swiss star has overcome against Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia in straight sets with a 6-3, 6-1 score line.
David Ferrer has been playing one of his best season right now and looking forward to lift the third ATP Tour title this week in London. Ferrer has thrashed Juan Martin Del Potro in three sets with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 score line in opening round robin match at ATP Finals.
Both the players are meeting for the 15th time in their career, where Federer leads with a 14-0 win loss head-to-head record against Ferrer. The pair last meet at the 2012 Madrid Masters quarter finals and Swiss star won the match in two sets with a 6-4, 6-4 score line. As per the predictions, Djokovic is looking big favorite to clinch victory in the second round match at ATP World Tour Championship Finals in London.
