17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer will skip from the 2012 Mubadala World Tennis Championships, meanwhile his rivals World No. 2 Novak Djokovic and King of Clay Rafael Nadal will take part in the tournament in Abu Dhabi in December.
World No. 1 Roger Federer will not take part in the 2012 Mubadala World Tennis Championships, where he was schedule to play exhibition matches in South America on Gillette Tour. Swiss Tennis Champion will join along with World No. 1 Victoria Azarenka, 15-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams, World No. 2 Maria Sharapova, Frenchman Tsonga and Caroline Wozniacki in South American Tour.
11-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal is likely to come back to play in the 2012 Mubadala World Tennis Championships for the first time, since out of action from past three months due to knee injury. Spaniard said he has been working hard along with his team physio and hopes to return back to court soon for training session.
Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, David Ferrer, Tomas Berdych and Janko Tipsarevic will participate in the 2012 Mubadala World Tennis Championships, at the Abu Dhabi International Tennis Complex at the Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.
