16-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer wants to relax for one week, before heading into the 2012 French Open championship at Roland Garros from 27th May in Paris.
30-year-old Federer said he was tired little bit, as he wishes to take break for a week to begin preparations for the upcoming Grand Slam at Roland Garros. Swiss star will spend some time along with specially his twin daughters Myla Rose and Charlene Riva.
Federer insist he had played continues tennis from the beginning of the 2012 season and won four ATP Tour titles at Rotterdam, Dubai, BNP Paribas Masters and Madrid Masters. Swiss star is looking forward to show best performance in the French Open and aiming to win the 17th slam to his major titles.
World No. 3 Federer has lost Rome Masters semi final to five-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic in straight sets with a 6-2, 7-6, where he also slide down a place to No. 3 in the ATP Rankings earlier this week.
Federer is likely to be seeded as No. 3, ahead of Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal as No. 1 and No. 2 seeds at the 2012 French Open respectively.
