Rafael Nadal New Bacardi Limited Global Ambassador

10-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal has become the new Bacardi Limited Global Social Responsibility Ambassador and received award-winning ‘Champions Drink Responsibly’ announced by the company on Tuesday.

Former World No. 1 Nadal said he has been enjoying socializing along with my friends and family, where he used to drink responsibly. He added he wishes to guide the promoting Bacardi Limited Global social responsibility to fans and consumers around the world wide. Bacardi Limited President and Chief Executive Officer Seamus McBride said Rafael Nadal is one of the greatest players in tennis era and his allegiance shines the values of our Company.

Former World number one Nadal has agreed to continue ‘Champions Drink Responsibly’ campaign for the few years said Seamus McBride. Currently, Spaniard has been recovering from left knee injury, where he will return back to court soon for training session by the end of next week. Nadal sustained knee injury at Sony Ericsson Open quarter finals, as he withdrawn from the tournament semi finals.

Bacardi Limited Global Social Responsibility program ‘Champions Drink responsibly’ has increased more than 45 million consumers around the world, since launching in 2008 to turn into champions for responsible drinking. Spaniard was introduced into the Global launch by Seamus McBride on 22nd March in Miami last year.
