The three-time Grand Slam finalist Andy Murray can follow World No. 1 Novak Djokovic to become the most dominant player in the men’s singles says former British No. 1 Tim Henman.
The 24-year-old Novak Djokovic has won the third Grand Slam championship at Australian Open, after beating 10-time major title holder Rafael Nadal in the final at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne Park in five sets. Serbian, who has thrashed Britain top seed Andy Murray in the Australian Open semi finals in thrilling five sets match last month. Murray is having the ability to travel in similar path along with Novak Djokovic to win more Grand Slam championships in this season says Tim Henman.
Tim Henman feels Murray is moving to close to fulfill to win maiden Grand Slam title, where he will face tough challenge against best players like former World No. 1 Roger Federer and king of clay Rafael Nadal, who has lead the men’s singles, since 2004. Scot has been playing best tennis from past month and reached Australian Open final and US Open, Wimbledon and French Open semi finals in 2011 season, while he also reached 2012 Australian Open semi final.
