Vera Zvonareva, Dominika Cibulkova seeded top in Pattaya Open

Former world No.2, Vera Zvonareva and Dominika Cibulkova has been named as the top seeded players of the 2012 PPT Pattaya Open, which is scheduled to be held from February 5-12, 2011 in Pattaya.

Russian world No.8, Vera Zvonareva is seeded top in the 2012 PPT Pattaya open. The second seeded Russian has started off her season with a poor note and was defeated in the first round of the Sydney International open and in 2012 Australian Open, she was defeated in the third round against her fellow country women, Ekaterina Makarova with a score line of 7-6(7) 6-1. However, the Russian, after being dropped from the Russian Fed Cup team, Zvonareva will be participating in the Pattaya Open and has already started her preparation in Pattaya, since Saturday.

Meanwhile, the second seeded player in the tournament is Slovakian world No.16, Dominika Cibulkova and third seeded player, Daniela Hantuchova.

The seeded players in the Pattaya open are Maria Kirilenko, Tamarine Tanasugarn, Noppawan Lertcheewakarn and Nicha Lertpitaksinchai.
