The Italian tennis champion Andreas Seppi will take on Austrian qualifier Jurgen Melzer in the second round at 2012 PBZ Zagreb Open championship at 12:30 GMT on Wednesday 1st February.
The World No. 42 Andreas Seppi has thrashed German qualifier Daniel Brands in tough two sets with a 6-4, 7-6, where he is considered to be one of the huge favorite to lift the first ATP title in this season. He also lost Australian Open first round to Richard Gasquet of France in four sets with a 3-6, 6-3, 3-6, 1-6 score line.
The 30-year-old Jurgen Melzer has reached second round of the PBZ Zagreb Open championship on Tuesday, after beating his first round opponent Philipp Petzschner of Germany in straight sets with a 6-1, 6-3. Austrian star needs to work hard to improve his level of tennis and hopes to show best performance in PBZ Zagreb Open championship. Melzer has lost Australian Open first round to Croatian Ivo Karlovic in three sets with a 6-7, 5-7, 3-6 score line.
Both the players are meeting for the seventh time in their career, where Andreas Seppi and Jurgen Melzer leads with a 3-3 win loss record.
As per the predictions, it will be three set match with Seppi will be advancing into the next round of the 2012 PBZ Zagreb Open championship.
