The World No. 1 Novak Djokovic has praised his long time girl friend Jelena Ristic for his success at the Australian Open on Sunday mid-night at Rod Laver Arena.
The five-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic has been dating with Jelena Ristic, since the end of the 2006 season. Serbian said he and Ristic has been together for six or seven years and having lots of support and understanding between each other. Djokovic is likely to marry Ristic soon in 2012 in front of family and close friends in his home town Monaco, where the wedding ceremony will takes place in a traditional church.
After winning the Australian Open fourth round match, Djokovic was motivated to talk about Jelena Ristic, where he has taken pre-match pictures of Ristic on his cell phone. Nole said he had an application, which it will add a few hundred pounds to the face and it’s funny to watch Ristic’s photo in his mobile. Djokovic said Ristic is always encouraging him every time, where he is thankful to her traveling along him on ATP Tour.
The 24-year-old Djokovic has clinched Australian Open 2012 championship for third time, where he won the crown earlier in 2008 and 2010.

I feel so sorry for poor Jelena. It’s pretty obvious naughty Novak is just stringing her along. Note his pointed reference to “my girlfriend”. When couples constantly talk about getting engaged or married, but never quite get round to it, its alarm bells ringing, not wedding bells! Shame but that’s life I suppose…
Novak is a good guy and loves Jelena dearly… Federer traveled with his girl friend for many years before they got married and now they have two beautiful children. I expect no less from Nole.
