It will be replay last finals at same ground, same place and same tournament, as Novak Djokovic this time takes on Andy Murry for a place in the finals of the 2012 Australia Open.

World No.1, Novak Djokovic will be squaring off with the world No.4, Andy Murray in the semifinals of the 2012 Australian Open on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 00:00GMT in the season opening grand slam tournament, which is being held in Melbourne, Australia.

The head to head between both the players have clashed in 10-matches in the past, as the top seeded Serbian is leading the contest with 6-4 against the Britain No.1, Murray. Last year both them have clashed in three matches, as Djokovic has won-2 and in last one he has been injured and was retired from the match, as Murray has been declared as the winner to clinch the Cincinnati Masters.

World No.1, Novak Djokovic having got an incredible season in 2011 has clinched three-grand slam titles with Australia Open, Wimbledon and US Open and a record five ATP World Tour Masters titles. Serbian aiming for his fifth and third title at Australian Open is also bidding to become just the fifth man in the history of tennis to win three consecutive grand slam titles in the Open Era joining Rod Laver, Pete Sampras, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

Djokovic has shown an excellent performance, as he trying to defending title at Australia. He has earned all easy victories against the unseeded and seeded players. Earlier, in his quarterfinals, he has dispatched world No.5, David Ferrer with 6-4 7-6 6-2.

World No.4, Andy Murray bidding to clinch his first grand slam title in his career under the training of Ivan Lendl had a dramatic start in 2012. The British has won his season opening ATP tournament in Brisbane international and continued his superb shown in Australian Open beating his opponents in straight sets.

As per the predictions, it will be five set clash between both the players, as Novak Djokovic will be making into the finals of the 2012 Australian Open.
