On Tuesday, Nadal and Federer have thrashed out their opponents in order to set a semifinals clash in Melbourne.

World No.2, Rafael Nadal has defeated world No.7, Thomas Berdych in thrilling four set encounter with 7-6(6), 6-4, 6-3, as Roger Federer has defeated Argentina world No.11, Juan Martin Del Potro in straight sets. 2009 Australian open finalist will be battling to book their place in the finals of the season opening grand slam tournament, which is being held in Melbourne, Australia.

King of Clay, Nadal while speaking with the sources, after his victory against Berdych has said that, I will try my best from the beginning. I tried my best from the beginning against Berdych. Sometimes the things didn’t work as well as you would like, but that’s the sport. So I will keep fighting with positive attitude.
