The World No. 12th Robin Soderling has committed to play in the Rotterdam ATP World Tour Tournament, schedule to begin in mid February.
The 27-year-old Robin Soderling hopes to return back action strongly in the Rotterdam ATP tournament, after struggling with mononucleosis from six months. Swedish top seed has played his last tournament at 2011 Swedish Open championship, where he won the crown beating World No. 5 David Ferrer in straight sets with a 6-2, 6-2 score line. Soderling has not announced any confirmations updates about his health and injury details report says.
Soderling has fall down from No. 5 to 12th position in the ATP Rankings, after his withdrawal from all the ATP Tournaments, which includes ATP World Tour Finals in London. The 2012 ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament will play on indoor hard courts, an ATP World Tour 500 series of ATP Tour event from 13th February. Swedish star has showed one his best performance in the last season, where he won the four ATP Tour titles at Brisbane International, Rotterdam, Marseille and Bastad.
Swedish tennis champion Soderling has lost fourth round 2011 US Open tournament, after Australian top seed Bernard Tomic outclassed with his performance in three sets with a 6-1, 6-4, 7-5.
