Roger Federer has been out of form, since the start of the season. However, the champion in tennis has ended up the season in style by winning three consecutive titles at Basel, Paris and ATP World Tour Finals.
16-times grand slam champion, Federer has started his 2011 season at No.2 in the ATP Rankings. However, the Swiss Maestro has been failure in showing his domination on fellow rivals, which has resulted him to drop to No.3 in ranking table.
The Swiss continued his miserable performance later in the year and completed all the grand slams tournaments without winning one, since being defeated in close matches against this season against Jo-Wilfred Tsonga and Novak Djokovic in Wimbledon and US Open. Later, the Swiss maestro took some rest to tennis being out Asian tournaments, which has resulted him to drop No.4.
However, the champion in tennis has came back well taking some rest and showed his domination in front of his home crowd by winning his fifth Basel title. Since then there was no-one to stop the Swiss, as his continued his incredible performance winning his first masters title in Paris and later defeated Rafael Nadal, Jo Wilfred Tsonga to clinch his sixth ATP World Tour title in 2011 and ended the season in confidence with a 17-match winning streak.
