On more tennis player has added into the list of the dating with Russian World No.28, Maria Kirilenko has been dating the NHL-Star Alex Ovechkin.

World No.28, Maria Kirilenko, who has completed her season without winning a title in WTA tournaments this season has been rumored that, she is dating with NHL most valuable player, Alex Ovechkin at Washington D.C.

NHL player and Washington Capitals celebrity, Alex Ovechkin tweeted the news on Wednesday, November, 30, 2011 afternoon that, “Me and my girlfriend Maria, she is my queen! Apart form that, the NHL star has also posted a picture of him and Maria Kirilenko acting all cuddly.

According to, The Montreal Gazette reports, who have mentioned the relationship between world No.1, Caroline Wozniacki and Rory Mcllory, know as golden couple has also worked on the rumored the relationship between Maria Kirilenko and Alex Ovechkin.

Meanwhile, the Russian, Maria Kirilenko has been spending part of her offseason in the Washington D.C. area assisting the George Washington women’s tennis team, which is the home place of Ovechkin.

Earlier, Kirilenko has dated tennis professional, Igor Andreev.

Russian No.28 along with world No.3, Victoria Azarenka this season has been awarded with Fan Favorite Doubles Team in the WTA Awards lists.
