2011 Wimbledon champion, Petra Kvitova has knocked out the Slovakian, Dominika Cibulkova in the finals of the 2011Linz Open on Sunday, which is being held in Linz, Austria. The Czech player has won her fifth title in the season clinching the 2011 Austria Open.
World No.4, Petra Kvitova has defeated the world No.23, Cibulkova in the finals of the 2011 Generali Ladies Linz in straight sets on Sunday with a score line of 6-4, 6-1 to capture the title in just 90 minutes of play.
Top seeded player, Kvitova has made a perfect start in the match breaking Cibulkova in the early in first game, But the Slovakian has bounced back into the game to level the first set with 4-4. However, world No.4, Kvitova has shown a top class performance beating Cibulkova with 6-4 in the set-1.
The second set continued to be in the complete favour of the Wimbledon champion, as Kvitova won five games in a row to wrap up the match with 6-4 6-1 in 90-minutes of play clinching her 5-title of the season at Austria.
Petra Kvitova stunned the tennis world with her impressive win over Maria Sharapova in the final of Wimbledon this year and she has also won the titles this season at Brisbane, Paris, Madrid and Linz.
