"Sara Errani vs Pauline Parmentier" Sara Errani continues her bid for the WTA Palermo Open title later today with a second round matchup against Pauline Parmentier.

Sara Errani will be clashing with Pauline Parmentier in the second round of the WTA Palermo Open on Thursday, 14th July, 2010 to enter into the quarterfinals of the he $220,000 Palermo International tennis event which is being held in Itlay.

The head to head between both the players have clashed twice aganist each other as, Erraji is leading the contest with 2-0 aganist Parmentier.

Third seed Errani is amongst the main contenders this week at the WTA Palermo Open, and has already made her presence known.

The Italian impressed with a crushing 6-1 6-3 victory over Regina Kulikova in round one and will be looking to raise her game in front of a supportive home crowd today.

In search of a third career title, Errani’s next match in Italy will be a second round showdown against Pauline Parmentier of France.

Parmentier has been playing fairly well this season, although she’s not made much of an impression at WTA level.
