The10-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal believes he will not surpass World No. 3 ranked Roger Federer’s record, as the most victorious player in the men’s tennis history.
The 25-year-old Nadal said that, it would hard to overtake Federer’s total of 16 Grand Slam titles, where he is six championships away to surpass. Nadal had reached Wimbledon final to lift 11th Grand Slam championship at Centre Court, but failed to lift the crown against Novak Djokovic. Nadal feels, it is impossible to break Federer’s record and Federer is having the most of the opportunities to win more Grand Sam’s in three or four years.
Nadal has lost all four finals to Novak Djokovic in this season and also lost No, 1 position in the ATP Rankings. Serbian has won 50 out of 51 matches in 2011, where he lost one match to Roger Federer and Djokovic’s has ended up his 43 matches winning streak at French Open semi final. Nadal said that, he had performed 100 percent of play, but lost the match to man in best form in this season. He added it’s very tough play under pressure and happy to be at No. 2 position in the ATP Rankings.
The 2011 Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic said it was an amazing achievement in his life to lift Wimbledon title at Centre Court.
