The final men on the center court, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic will be battling against each other to clinch the 2011 Wimbledon Championship at the All England Club.
Defending champion and the world No.1, Rafael Nadal will be battling the dangerous men this season and the world No.2, Novak Djokovic in the finals of the 2011 Wimbledon on Sunday, 3rd July, 2011 at the All England Club in London, England.
The head to head between Nadal and Djokovic have clashed in 27 matches against each other, as the world No.1 Spaniard; Nadal is leading the contest against Djokovic with 16-11. Both the players this year have clashed in four finals and the stunning is the Serbian has defeated in consecutive finals encounters in 2011 against Nadal.
The previous encounter came on Nadal favourite surface on Clay, as the Serbian world No.2 has defeated the king of clay in Rome masters with a score line of 6-4 6-4.
Novak Djokovic has been the most successful player of 2011 so far. His 43 games winning streak including seven titles – says a lot about Djokovic’s surge in the new season. The Defending champion, Rafael Nadal and the world No.1 Spaniard has already earned 10 Grand Slam titles and is now aiming for his 3rd title at the All England Club. The king of clay earlier has won his sixth French Open 2011 title. However, the Spaniard has been in a defeated in consecutive finals against the world No.2 Serbian, Novak Djokovic.
