Robin Soderling will be clashing with Juan Martin Del Potro in the quarter finals of the Estoril Open 2011 on Friday, 29th April, 2011. The kick off between both the top seeded players in the tournament will be started at 13:05 GMT at Estoril Open 2011, which is being held at Portugal.

Both the top seeded players in the tournaments will be clashing against each other to book their semi finals spot of the tournament. It will be interesting match between as top seeded player’s battling for the first time in the tournament.

The head to head combination between both the players is leading with the Argentina player, Juan Martin Del Potro with 4-0 against the world No.5 Swedish, Soderling. The previous encounter between both the players was in the Sony Ericsson Open 2011, where Del Petro has defeated the world No.5, Soderling in a straight sets with 6-3 6-2.

Soderling in his first clay court appearance this season on clay has been thrashed out in the first round of the Barcelona Open 2011. However, he has won 18 of his first 19 matches, with three titles this season.

Del Potro, who missed most of 2010 after wrist surgery, is quickly getting back to clay court form and has beaten Soderling on every surface upon which they’ve played. The quarter final will be their first meeting on clay.
