Federer vs Nadal Exhibition Match: Federer and Nadal contributed R17Millions through their 2-match series in their exhibition match at Madrid in Zurich. The world two top class tennis players have raised the funds for Federer foundation which helps providing educations for children in Africa.
The foundation is also supporting various projects in Ethiopia, Malawi, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and at his mother birthplace in Africa.
The top ranked players, Roger and Nadal played a 2 matches at Madrid in which the first match which was played on Tuesday was dominated by Federer winning against Nadal by {(4-6, 6-3, and 6-3)}. And the second match was played on Wednesday, in which Nadal beating Federer with a score of {(7-6 (3), 4-6, 6-1)}.
The top two ranked players have showed a great personality by raising foundations and helping the poor and needy people by providing them education at different parts of the world.
Earlier in the year 2010, both the players played a fund raising charity match at the Australian open in the event of Haiti earthquake Victims.
They also played a match at Indian Wells for Chilean earthquake victims in the month of March 2010.
The match at Zurich was the third exhibition match this season in which the world top two players in the ATP men’s raking are doing a great work apart from their profession, they are showing their talent and contributing a lot to different charity works.
At the end of the match, both the players stated that these charity matches will be of unforgettable experience and so delighted.
