U.S. Open 2010 Seeded No’s: Rafael Nadal is top-seed in the U.S. Open 2010 tournament, which will commence from next week, whereas Roger Federer is the seeded second.

On the women’s side, Caroline Wozniacki will get the top seed as Serena Williams is not participating in the U.S.Open 2010 due to surgery in her right foot. Recently, Caroline Wozniacki won the Rogers Cup title in Montreal.

Defending men’s champion, Juan Martin Del Potro is also unavailable for this U.S.Open 2010 as he is suffering with wrist injury.

Also missing will be defending men’s champion Juan Martin Del Potro, who remains sidelined because of a lingering wrist injury.

Novak Djokovic is the seeded no.3 and Andy Murray is the seeded no.4.
