Samantha Stosur will meet Jelena Jankovic in the semi-final of French Open tennis 2010 on Thursday.

Jelena Jankovic is a former World No.1 Serbian tennis player. At the WTP rankings, she is currently at World No.4. In the French Open tennis 2010, she entered as fourth seed and defeated Alicia Molik 6–0, 6–4. In the second round, she defeated Kaia Kanepi 6–2, 3–6, 6–4 and won against  Alona Bondarenko 6–4, 7–6(3) in the third round. She defeated Daniela Hantuchova 6–4, 6–2 in the fourth round and in the quarter-finals, she won against Yaroslava Shvedova 7-5, 6-4.

Samantha Stosur gave a shock to the tennis world by defeating World No.1 Serena Williams in the quarter-finals of French Open tennis 2010. Samantha Stosur won against Serena Williams with 6-2, 6-7, 8-6. She will meet Jelena Jankovic in the semi-fnals of French Open tennis 2010.
