Austrian player Jurgen Melzer is going to face Marin Cilic in the BNP Paribas Open 2010 match on Monday at Indian Wells Tennis Garden.  

He reached a career-high ranking of No. 26 on 18 May 2009, and a doubles ranking of No. 17 on 19 March 2007. In 1999, he won the boy’s singles event at Wimbledon. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Melzer advanced to the quarter-finals before finally losing Rafael Nadal, who went on to win the gold medal.

Marin Cilic reached his career best rank no.17 on February 22, 2010 reaching the semi-finals in the 2010 Australian Open and played well in the Grand Slam.
